Lewis Carroll

After finding out that Carroll was very shy and didn't like his fame I decided to try and communicate this:

Here are some sketches of Carroll being shy - using disguises, hiding his face, etc.

The most interesting sketch is the use of the Cheshire Cat as a mask, as it also references his work on Alice in Wonderland.

However his connection to the Liddell family is still very significant and should be communicated as well. This sketch shows him taking the kids on one of their rowing trips, with all of them covering their faces with Alice characters.

Switching Carroll to having the Dodo as this character is commonly believed to be his self-insert in the story. The Alice sheet is held by Alice Liddell.
